Netflix shared the first look of Neeraj Pandey’s upcoming film. The teaser shared on the streaming platform’s social handles is basically a video of behind the scenes (BTS) of the upcoming film.
The plot of the film suggests it is about the theft of diamonds worth Rs 60 crore and a cop’s quest to recover it. According to the teaser, it is expected to be a thriller. Sikandar Ka Muqaddar teaser shows Jimmy Sheirgill, Tamannaah Bhatia, Divya Dutta and Avinash Tiwary. The Netflix teaser shares that the film will be released soon.

Neeraj Pandey’s recent release was Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha, which failed to attain success. The film featured Ajay Devgn, Tabu, Jimmy Sheirgill, Shantanu Maheshwari and Saiee Manjrekar. Known for films like Baby, Special 26, A Wednesday, MS Dhoni: An Untold Story and Aiyaari, Pandey has also made successful web shows.
Neeraj Pandey is known for spy thriller Special Ops, featuring Kay Kay Menon as RAW officer Himmat Singh. He is credited as the creator of web show Khakee: The Bihar Chapter, based on the life of IPS officer Amit Lodha. He is also the creator and writer of Mohit Raina starrer The Freelancer.

Tamannaah Bhatia was last seen in a cameo in Amar Kaushik’s blockbuster horror-comedy Stree 2. She appeared in a song ‘Aaj Ki Raat’ which has generated a massive buzz and emerged as the chartbuster. The film featured Rajkummar Rao, Shraddha Kapoor, Pankaj Tripathi, Abhishek Banerjee, Aparshakti Khurana, Mushtaq Khan and Sunita Rajwar.
